Position: Customer Care Specialist (German)

We are seeking experienced German-speaking Customer Care Specialists to join a highly-rated BPO known for its excellent employee satisfaction. In this role you will support customers of a prominent financial services company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries resolving issues efficiently and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat support.
- Utilize internal and external resources to deliver top-tier service.
- Identify and escalate priority or unresolved issues to appropriate teams.
- Route calls to the correct resources and document all interactions according to standard procedures.
- Monitor and communicate emerging trends and patterns in customer issues.
- Adhere to quality guidelines and company policies for consistent service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in German both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with customer support software including Zendesk Slack and internal troubleshooting tools.
- Experience in Customer Support or technical support particularly with help desks or IT functions.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Strong independent work ethic and remote team collaboration skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Adaptability to process and information changes.
- Proficient in external systems and PC-based software (e.g. Microsoft Office).
