We are seeking a talented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team supporting the Americas business across Refrigeration Commercial and Residential/Light Commercial markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a diverse array of marketing activities and projects including marketing asset creation and printing tradeshow and event support content management digital content and tool enhancements sales enablement budget management subject matter expert reviews and social content support.

As a Marketing Coordinator You Will:

Marketing Project Support:

  • Supporting and collaborating with marketing capabilities teams to execute projects requested by the business related to graphic design marketing automation websites campaigns trade shows and events etc.
  • Submit requests and facilitate project management of various business requests through marketing capabilities teams to manage the request to completion.
  • Coordinate project management elements of photoshoots and video shoots for products facilities and events required to support priority marketing programs.
  • Support the administration of aftermarket/channel partner rebate or incentive programs.
  • Support the sales team by providing marketing content and materials needed to enable sales success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requests align with business objectives.

Marketing Content Creation Printing & Management:

  • Assist in the development and oversee the publishing of marketing content and assets including articles white papers blogs collateral press releases videos images signage point-of-sale displays diagrams etc.
  • Support the management of Americas external communications content (social PR thought leadership influencer activities etc.) in the company editorial calendar
  • Support the management of the businesss digital asset files in digital asset management (DAM) software and print vendor ordering sites.
  • Manage and publish final marketing assets through content management software.
  • Collaborate with print vendors for printing projects manage lead time for printing shipments and ensure high-quality output and timely delivery.

Tradeshow & Event Support:

  • Collaborate with event leads and marketing business partners to coordinate logistics product shipments promotional materials and presence at trade shows internal events customer events and industry conferences.
  • Assist in the planning organization and execution of trade shows and events for events in the United States.
  • Manage timelines and task lists to ensure all event-related activities are executed on schedule and within budget.
  • Assist with internal and external event registration for trade shows and events in the United States

Budget Management:

  • Support the management of the marketing budget ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Assist in tracking expenses by marketing program or campaign.
  • Process purchase orders and invoices for marketing activities.

Required Education Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing communications or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in marketing coordination or a related role.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and content quality.
  • Experience with digital asset management systems and content management system platforms.
  • Legal work authorization in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role now or in the future.

Preferred Education Experience & Skills:

  • Relevant internship or co-op experience.

  • Knowledge of the HVACR industry or related technical fields.

  • Marketing project experience in a B2B setting.

Collaboration First Hybrid Work Arrangements:

This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in office at least three days per week. Colleagues are expected to demonstrate a collaboration first mindset which is the understanding that teams will work together in-person and colleagues should be flexible to adjust their hybrid days based on business needs. You will have an opportunity to work with your team and leader to determine when you should be in office to drive meaningful connections and to best serve our customers.
