- Teaches students in 9th 12thgrade levels.
- Develops and administers informal assessments for students.
- Provides a safe environment for the students.
- Maintains accurate records of student attendance and grades.
- Follows school procedures pertaining to duty assignments such as lunch duty hall duty homeroom duty and recess duty.
- Collaborates with parents staff and outside professionals concerning students.
- Supervise students during fire drills.
- Participates in teacher meetings.
- Meets with other teachers to prepare lessons.
- Attends and participates in team meetings.
- Additional duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Assistant Principal may be required.
- May monitor and attend extra-curricular events and social activities as needed.
- May oversee and provide direction to paraprofessionals.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Education or related field from an accredited University or College.
- State of Montana Educator License.
- Social Studies Broadfield endorsement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Successful experience teaching high school students.
Necessary special requirements:
- Montana Drivers license or the ability to obtain license within three months of hire date.
