CAPSA is seeking a Social Services Director to lead our case management and advocacy programs. This role provides day to day supervision program oversight and strategic guidance for our social services team including case managers hospital response team and wraparound support services.
Were looking for a confident trauma informed leader who brings both clinical insight and administrative skills to the role. The ideal candidate understands the importance of coordinated survivor centered services and is ready to support and grow a high functioning team. Youll provide regular supervision guide for program development oversee compliance and documentation and serve as a key voice in shaping client services.
This position also plays an important role in CAPSAs leadership structure. Youll work closely with the Advocacy Division Director contribute to agency wide planning and policy and help integrate best practices across our advocacy programs. Familiarity with CAPSAs service model systems and performance expectations is a plus.
