This is an exciting opportunity to join our Commercial Property Claims team as a Commercial Property Claims Handler on a full-time permanent basis.
What youll be doing:
You will report to the Commercial Claims Team Leader you will work in a dedicated team of Claims Handlers where you will play an important part in ensuring our Commercial customers have their claims handled in a fair and efficient manner.
You will be responsible for the validation investigation negotiation and fulfilment of Commercial Property Claims within a defined handling authority limit and having end-to-end ownership and accountability for each claim.
What were looking for:
A passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining high attention to detail
Good IT skills and the willingness to learn
Insurance Claims experience is preferable

This is a hybrid role with two working days a week from our Manchester office.
Hours: 35 hours/week
