Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in legal services or may benefit from our assistance.
  • Qualify leads by gathering necessary information about their case or legal needs.
  • Clearly communicate the value of our legal services and answer basic inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments or consultations with our attorneys.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with prospects who have shown interest but have not yet scheduled an appointment.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets for calls and appointments set.


Requirements

  • Experience in Outbound Calling or Sales:
    • 1 3 years of experience in a call center legal intake sales or client outreach role preferably in a legal or service-based industry.

  • Strong Communication Skills:

    • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

    • Ability to explain legal services clearly and professionally to a non-legal audience.

  • Client-Centered Approach:

    • Empathetic and patient demeanor with a focus on understanding client needs.

    • Ability to build trust quickly and establish rapport over the phone.

  • Organizational and Time Management Skills:

    • Comfortable managing a high volume of outbound calls and follow-ups.

    • Strong attention to detail in record-keeping and case intake.

  • Technical Proficiency:

    • Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce Clio HubSpot) to track and update client interactions.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.

  • Results-Driven:

    • Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets including appointment setting and lead conversion rates.

  • Team Collaboration:

    • Ability to work closely with legal and marketing teams to align on goals messaging and client qualification standards.

  • Legal or Claims Industry Knowledge (Preferred):

    • Familiarity with legal terminology or experience in a law firm legal intake or insurance claims environment is a plus.



Strong customer service knowledge with advanced English and Spanish proficiency (both spoken and written) Proven experience in an outbound sales, telemarketing, or appointment-setting role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. Ability to handle objections and remain professional under pressure. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Experience using CRM systems or sales software. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
