1 3 years of experience in a call center legal intake sales or client outreach role preferably in a legal or service-based industry.
Strong Communication Skills:

Ability to explain legal services clearly and professionally to a non-legal audience.
Client-Centered Approach:
Empathetic and patient demeanor with a focus on understanding client needs.
Ability to build trust quickly and establish rapport over the phone.
Organizational and Time Management Skills:
Comfortable managing a high volume of outbound calls and follow-ups.
Strong attention to detail in record-keeping and case intake.
Technical Proficiency:
Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce Clio HubSpot) to track and update client interactions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
Results-Driven:
Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets including appointment setting and lead conversion rates.
Team Collaboration:
Ability to work closely with legal and marketing teams to align on goals messaging and client qualification standards.
Legal or Claims Industry Knowledge (Preferred):
Familiarity with legal terminology or experience in a law firm legal intake or insurance claims environment is a plus.
