Job Description

Interim Head of Delivery (Investment and Pensions transformation)

Salary: 110000 to 120000

12 Month Fixed Term Contract

A bit about the job:

Youll lead a large-scale transformation programme thats central to Avivas long-term strategy for our Pensions and Investment product streams as we look to simplify our investment and pensions platforms. This role sits withing the IWR CIO team youll drive change across technology people and operations. Youll be accountable for delivering outcomes that make a real difference to our customers and colleagues. This role is all about pace clarity and impact and youll be supported by a team of over 100 people to make it happen. Its a chance to set the standard for delivery excellence at Aviva.

Skills and experience were looking for:

  • Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programmes being able to demonstrate a strong background in IT delivery integration and data migration
  • Experience in financial services (Wealth Insurance or Banking)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
  • Excellent exposure to using and implementing our strategic partner platforms (FNZ BaNCS)
