Job Description

The Global program coordinator is responsible for overseeing areas with combined research and/or clinical functions OR oversees multiple areas with various broad functional groups or with a global focus. Directs and oversees all administrative and operational aspects. Develops and implements departmental and institution wide programs and initiatives. Oversees the budget planning process strategic planning process as well as compliance and quality improvement initiatives. May be required to play a vital role in international affairs including contracts and communications as the department requires. Serves as a subject matter expert within area of expertise.

The Department of Global Pediatric Medicine (GPM) is a growing department looking for professionals who are eager to help implement the St. Jude Global (SJG) mission by training the clinical workforce developing and strengthening health systems and patient-centered initiatives and advancing knowledge to sustain continuous improvement through research.

Job Description

The Department of Global Pediatric Medicine (GPM) is seeking a talented and experienced team member to fill the role of Representative Offices Program Coordinator Headquarters Operations for the Regional Hubs initiative. The coordinator will support the implementation of the operational effort to launch regional offices outside the United States where work will take place to improve health systems and patient care and facilitate delivery of educational initiatives and research activities in partnership with the St. Jude Global Alliance community. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and an interest in contributing to new processes.

In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets experience and training licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $70720 - $126880 per year for the role of Representative Offices Program Coordinator Headquarters Operations.
