Tasks
- Establish contact with German-speaking clients via phone to offer them the option of hiring a consumer insurance;
- Offer product and service information assisting customers with troubleshooting and problem resolution;
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues accurately and efficiently;
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers demonstrating empathy and understanding;
- Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) is required;
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus;
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach;
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills;
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
- High school diploma or equivalent (a degree is a plus).
