Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Post Production Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality content across a range of hit series and specials. This role is essential in ensuring that post workflows run smoothly and efficiently across multiple projects from ingest through final delivery. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment and has a deep understanding of post-production processes and systems.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all phases of post-production including ingest editorial schedules finishing and final delivery
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams editors assistant editors post supervisors and network contacts
- Track media assets cuts notes music cue sheets and deliverables across multiple shows
- Manage and distribute post calendars cut schedules and update tracking documents
- Facilitate review links and feedback between executive producers networks and editorial teams
- Ensure timely delivery of all required elements including closed captioning graphics and final masters
- Maintain databases release logs and deliverables tracking
- Support the onboarding of freelance post staff and coordinate drive shipments and uploads.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in post-production coordination ideally in unscripted or nonfiction television
- Solid understanding of editorial workflows file formats codecs and network deliverables
- Proficiency in Google Workspace Microsoft Office and post platforms such as Avid Adobe Premiere
- Exceptional organizational multitasking and communication skills
- Familiarity with post production schedules network specs and production documentation
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Flexible availability to accommodate tight deadlines and delivery timelines
