Tasks
- Understand RIIICOs Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and key personas in the manufacturing space
- Research and identify prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar tools
- Use tools like Lusha Aircall and AI-powered intelligence software to enrich lead data
- Maintain clean coherent CRM documentation and activity logs
- Prioritize tasks based on impact and urgency
- Collaborate with sales to create outbound strategies and define KPI metrics for the BDR function
- Moderate sales conversations and uncover customer needs to turn interest into qualified opportunities
- Track and monitor industry trends and topics relevant to your outreach
- Work cross-culturallyhaving awareness of European market differences is key
- Gain insight into mass manufacturing processescuriosity here is a big plus
- Have a strong career perspective with the potential to grow into a full-time Enterprise Sales role
Requirements
- Youre currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree (Business Engineering or related fields)
- You excel at active listening and ask insightful questionsboth on calls and in person
- Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Highly self-motivated curious and goal-oriented
- Comfortable with modern sales software and data tools
- Organized and analytical with a sharp attention to detail
- Experience or exposure to metallic parts manufacturing (internships or projects) is a bonus
