Job Summary
The director of student accounts is responsible for providing leadership training and direction to the Student Accounts staff. Responsibilities include tuition and fee assessment refund processing student billing managing receivables payments and collections. The director manages the collection process for current and past due accounts. This position resides within the Student Financial Services (SFS) department and provides senior-level administrative support to University leadership. The director of student accounts works closely with Financial Aid and other departments to ensure the highest level of service as well as efficient business operations.
