This role will report to the Regional Brand Manager EU (excluding DACH DLPL)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy:
Builds 3 year Brand commercial and budget plans & develops GTM strategy to achieve brand objectives
Account Management:
Leads plan to achieve brand sales and profitability goals while monitoring stock levels with retailers & SISO reporting
Creates & agrees on triple-win JBP with key retailers with clear KPIs and regularly monitors performance and course corrects where necessary
Cultivate and nurture relationships with strategic key accounts
Ensure flawless execution of brand vision in Retailers across all touchpoints
Builds strong partnerships with International Team counterparts EMEA UK to exchange ideas best practices and collaborate on common projects
Develops & negotiates 360 COOP Marketing plans to launch Innovation/brand campaigns across all elements of the mix (B&M Online visibility Social visibility RMS)
Lead regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction identify opportunities for improvement and explore potential upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Reporting:
Track key sales performance metrics including sales revenue MOB and productivity
Analyse Sales performance to define growth opportunities
Collaborate with sales leadership and other stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Utilize advanced Excel skills and data visualization techniques to create visually appealing and easy-to-understand reports and dashboards.
Management:
Strong leadership to motivate and develop direct team and wider business unit
