Are you looking to use your knowledge and experience to Manage all aspects of site Human Resources with a high level of customer focus
The Pall Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing Human Resources and Labor Relations support to the Pall Cortland manufacturing site. Participates in and supports the development and implementation of labor relations policies programs and services including the relationship with local UAW Leadership. Responsible for the implementation of human resources policies programs and services including recruitment legal compliance employee engagement and communications.
This position is part of the Human Resources Organization and will be based in Cortland New York.

Masters degree in human resources Industrial / Labor Relations or related field is preferred.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
The salary range for this role is $85000 - $105000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
