Commercial Lines Account Manager
In-Office Mountain Lake NJ
Full-Time MondayFriday
Base Salary: $60000 $100000 (commensurate with experience)

Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join the in-office team. This is a generalist role supporting a varied book of business with a strong focus on real estate construction and habitational accounts. Youll work closely with producers underwriters and clients handling all aspects of account servicing from onboarding to renewal.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day servicing of a diverse commercial lines book of business
Handle policy renewals endorsements audits and certificates
Develop and maintain strong carrier and wholesaler relationships
Market new and renewal business across a wide range of standard and E&S carriers
Provide timely accurate responses to client inquiries and requests
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and carrier guidelines
Utilize Applied Epic to document all client and policy activity
Qualifications
4 years of Commercial Lines account management experience in an independent agency
Strong understanding of real estate contractor and habitational risks prefered
Proficiency with Applied Epic is required
Experience working with both admitted carriers and wholesalers/MGAs
Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills
NJ Property & Casualty license required
