Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is pivotal in managing a robust book of business ensuring client satisfaction and driving growth through cross-selling and coverage reviews. The ideal candidate will thrive in a team-oriented culture and possess a strong background in personal lines insurance.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60000 - $85000 annually (depending on experience)
- Commissions: 50% on new business

Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned book of business including standard and high-net-worth accounts.
- Conduct coverage reviews handle renewals and address rate increases by re-quoting or re-marketing policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries process endorsements and provide exceptional service.
- Cross-sell additional coverage and assist with new business leads.
- Utilize agency management software for daily operations including policy management and client communication.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in personal lines insurance (2 years preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Hawksoft or similar insurance management software is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong teamwork attention to detail excellent communication problem-solving abilities and a client-focused mindset.
