Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Looking for a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse book of business ranging from small to large accounts with a focus on property and construction. As a key member of the team you will have the autonomy to manage accounts from start to finish build strong client relationships and contribute to the growth of the agency. Compensation Package

  • Salary: $70000 - $85000
  • 401(k)
  • Benefits: Comprehensive health dental and vision insurance
  • Work Environment: Fully on-site in Arvada CO

Responsibilities

  • Manage a generalist book of business including accounts from small to large businesses.
  • Handle all aspects of account management including quoting renewals and new business.
  • Provide expertise in property and construction insurance including general liability and related forms.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by navigating coverage options and discussing renewal strategies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of client requests with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Collaborate with producers and other team members to achieve client satisfaction and agency growth.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of agency account management experience preferably with a generalist book of business.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with EPIC software is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail organizational and communication skills.
    • Professionalism and the ability to articulate coverage options effectively.
    • A proactive mindset with a focus on growth and client satisfaction.
    • Ability to work with urgency and manage multiple priorities.
