Job Description

As an Enterprise Account Manager at Explorance you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our largest and most strategic customers. Youll serve as a trusted advisor ensuring customer satisfaction driving adoption and identifying growth opportunities within your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop strategic account plans to identify growth opportunities and drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact alongside the Enterprise Account Executive for executive stakeholders building strong long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executive Customer Success Consulting Product and Marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Monitor account health usage trends and customer feedback to proactively address risks and opportunities.
  • Negotiate renewals and expansions ensuring alignment with customer goals and Explorance s value proposition.



Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in enterprise account management customer success or strategic sales preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Proven track record of managing complex accounts and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to navigate large organizations and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering value.
  • Highly collaborative and willingness to work together through shared ownership of accounts with the Enterprise Account Manager in a pod structure.
