You Are:
The Technology Delivery Lead will drive successful end-to-end delivery of complex technical solutions in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform logical database (re)design develop within-database code (e.g. PLSQL) and develop web app UI and services within MS SQL Server Oracle databases and their associated stack (e.g. OS Web and App Servers)
- Maintain and refactor existing applications
- Design new applications with user interfaces or applications that provide services to other consuming applications
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience leading or managing technology delivery project(s) or program(s)
- 1 years of experience in agile delivery as Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master
- Product Owner (PO) or PO Proxy experience is a plus
- Experienced in Agile framework such as Scrum and/or Kanban
- Familiarity with basic principles of agile software engineering practices (CI/CD DevOps BDD TDD etc.)
Nice to Have:
- The following certifications are preferred:
- Project Management Certification (e.g. PMP etc.)
- Scrum Master Certification (e.g. CSM SAFe SM etc.)
- Product Owner Certification (e.g. CSPO SAFe PM/PO etc.)
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field
Eligibility Requirements:
- US Citizens only (no dual citizenship)
- Interim Secret Clearance required
- Must be local to Arlington VA and willing to work onsite one day per week
As required by local law Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states ofCalifornia Colorado Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota New Jersey New York Washington Vermont and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to office location role skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California Colorado Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota New Jersey New York Washington Vermont and the District of Columbia is:
