Job Description

Our team comprises over 600 creative individuals who work from 42 different countries and 4 offices located in Vilnius Lithuania.
We are in search of a talented Filming Coordinator to join our dynamic and passionate team for the YouTube channel.
What You Will Do:
- Actively assist the director through pre-production and production stages;
- Communicate with the team while conducting an extensive (day-to-day) plan for the video;
- Lead the rehearsals and prepare necessary documents for that;
- During the production stage: lead communicate and document the processes;
- Be responsible for the time management of the production stage;
- Communicate with actors and the team during the production time.
What We Expect:
- Proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Docs would be beneficial;
- Precision of systematicity and order;
- A driving license would be beneficial;
- Proficiency in Lithuanian and English languages;
- Strong time management skills;
