Location: 247 Group Oasis Business Centre Marbella Spain
Extent: 100% on site
Working Schedule: 40h /week Monday to Friday 8:30-17:00
Main purpose of job:
- Ensure that 247 Group owner receives the support he needs to carry out his assignment.
- Ensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization.
Tasks

Requirements
- Perform various tasks as personal assistant to owner of 247 Group such as travel arrangements bookings and administration.
- Perform various day-to-day tasks for the CEO both private and professional.
- Undertake a variety of office and administration
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems.
- Keep the office tidy and efficient.
- Monitor expenditures and handle supplier relations (rent service etc.) connected to the office and to some CEO affairs.
- Monitor and manage some administrative tasks regarding 247 Group companies.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders.
- Liaison with key internal stakeholders (PA in Sweden Accounting IT dept etc)
- Collaborate with key external stakeholders (authorities suppliers and other partners).
- Be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities within the 247 Group.
- Represent CEO and 247 Group in relevant official contexts such as contacts with authorities suppliers etc
- Always be an ambassador a good role model and inspire other to be hospitable and work according to 247 Group values.

Qualifications and requirements
- 2 years relevant work experience.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Knowledge of office management procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Based in Marbella area
- Drivers License
