Tasks
- Administer and support our global CRM (HubSpot) including user management configuration and integration with other platforms.
- Take ownership of the CRM data architecture: custom objects properties lifecycle stages pipelines and deal stages..
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the organisation has the reporting and dashboards needed to enable data driven decision making.
- Ensure we have high quality data excellent CRM hygiene and compliance in daily operations.
- Train and support users through onboarding programs documentation and ongoing enablement programs.
- Collaborate with Marketing and local sales teams to support events and campaigns (e.g. trade shows follow-up sequences).
- Support the integration and optimization of Aircall for telephony and voice channel management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design workflows and reporting for AI voice agents chatbots and automated lead engagement tools
- Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to implement and improve AI-based automation in lead routing follow-ups and qualification processes.
- Continuously improve handling of weekend and after-hours leads through automation and smart handoffs to AI or human agents.
- Analyse CRM data to provide actionable performance insights and recommendations to management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation across the funnel.
- Evaluate and implement new tools to improve seller efficiency and buyer experience.
- Handle day-to-day issues such as access problems new seat setup and workflow optimization.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales Operations Revenue Operations or Sales Admin roles.
- Hands-on experience managing and configuring HubSpot (or Salesforce) CRM.
- A supportive and structured work style with the confidence to push for compliance when needed.
- Strong data literacy and the ability to manage complex workflows and user needs.
- A passion for sales technology and operational efficiency.
- Fluency in English (C1) is required and German (C2) is an added bonus.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Marketing Business Economics Data Analytics or a related field.
- Comfortable balancing deep focus with fast-moving support demands.
