Overview
The TGT English Teacher plays a crucial role in shaping the educational journeys of students in the realm of language and literature. This position is integral to fostering a love for reading writing and critical analysis thereby enriching students understanding of the English language and its intricacies. The teacher will design engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles ensuring that each student is empowered to reach their full potential. In addition to implementing a curriculum that meets educational standards the TGT English Teacher will provide a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe to express their ideas and develop their language skills. Strong interpersonal communication skills creativity and a deep understanding of English literature and grammar are essential to succeed in this position. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in English Education or a related field.
- Teaching certification for TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) in English.
- Proven experience in teaching English at the secondary school level.
- Strong understanding of English language and literature.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students in the learning process.
- Competence in using educational technology and teaching tools.
- Demonstrated ability to create inclusive lesson plans.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in evaluating student work and providing constructive feedback.
- Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and administrators.
- Experience in developing classroom management strategies.
- Knowledge of current educational practices and standards.
- Continuing education in English or education is a plus.
