Job Description
Job Title: Senior Consultant
Location: Pune
Reporting To:- Principal Consultant/Partner
Job overview:- As a Senior Consultant youll be at the forefront of our project taking full ownership to ensure timely and successful delivery for our clients. Your role involves strategic planning leading project teams and serving as the primary point of contact for clients. Youll leverage your industry expertise to provide innovative solutions mentor junior team members and drive business development initiatives. Your leadership will be pivotal in enhancing client satisfaction and contributing to the companys growth.
What You ll Do:
- Client Kickoff:
- Be the first point of contact get the lowdown on what the client needs and whip up a draft service proposal.
- Once approved lead a kickoff meeting to lock down the problem statement tasks and deliverables.
- Project Management:
- Break projects into tasks and subtasks set clear timelines and define the scope and quality standards.
- Keep a close eye on progress with regular internal and client check-ins.
- Expert Collaboration:
- Bring in Subject Matter Experts external advisors or consultants as needed and blend their insights into your project outputs.
- Oversee your team s research and ensure every detail is spot-on.
- Delivery & Closure:
- Draft final reports and presentations that clearly showcase the solution.
- Ensure projects are wrapped up on time and get the billing sorted without any hiccups.
- Business Development:
- Help create new opportunities by drafting proposals and pitching fresh projects to existing and potential clients.
- Team Leadership & Innovation:
- Lead your team with purpose motivation and clear guidance to achieve top performance.
- Encourage innovative research techniques train team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and diversity of thought.
What Were Looking For:
- Educational Background: B.E/ and MBA from reputable institutions.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in consulting or project management with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Skill Set: Proficient in research methodologies data analysis and project management tools. Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities are essential.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with the latest technologies and software relevant to the consulting industry.
- Leadership Qualities: Proven experience in team management with the ability to inspire and motivate.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills in English with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
