We are looking for a highly skilled Marketplaces Manager with 3-8 years of experience in the e-commerce industry specializing in managing both domestic and international marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end marketplace operations optimizing sales performance ensuring compliance and driving revenue growth across multiple online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Management:
- Manage and optimize product listings on domestic and international e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Flipkart Myntra eBay Walmart Etsy and other relevant marketplaces.
- Ensure proper inventory management pricing strategy and promotional activities to maximize sales and minimize stockouts.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Sales Growth & Performance Optimization:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales improve product visibility and enhance customer experience.
- Analyze key metrics (conversion rates traffic and sales) and take data-driven actions to improve performance.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns including Lightning Deals Sponsored Ads and Discounts.
International Expansion & Compliance:
- Handle the onboarding and management of international marketplaces ensuring compliance with country-specific regulations and platform policies.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for international shipping customs clearance and smooth order fulfillment.
- Optimize product descriptions keywords and pricing for global marketplaces.
Operations & Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing supply chain finance and customer service teams to streamline processes.
- Ensure timely order processing shipment tracking and resolution of customer queries/returns.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to enhance operational efficiency.
Advertising & Marketing Strategies:
- Manage PPC campaigns SEO optimization and digital marketing efforts on marketplaces.
- Implement strategies to improve organic rankings and customer engagement.
- Analyze ROI on ad spends and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Key Requirements:
- 3-8 years of experience in marketplace management within the e-commerce industry.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international marketplaces and their policies.
- Experience in inventory planning pricing strategies and campaign management.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central Flipkart Seller Hub and other marketplace dashboards.
- Understanding of international shipping taxation and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel Google Analytics and marketplace analytics tools.
- Excellent communication problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple marketplaces simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Amazon Global Selling eBay Global or any international e-commerce expansion projects.
- Knowledge of dropshipping third-party logistics and cross-border trade regulations.
- Familiarity with advertising tools like Amazon PPC Flipkart Ads and Google Ads.
