Job Description
Join a collaborative and forward-thinking team as a Software Test Manager where your leadership will help shape the future of digital transformation in the pensions industry. What youll be doing:
- Leading and mentoring a team of QA engineers to foster a culture of quality and collaboration
- Defining and implementing test strategies for pensions-related systems
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define test requirements and acceptance criteria
- Participating in test design execution and automation activities
- Managing testing across digital regulatory and legacy migration projects
- Integrating testing into the development lifecycle alongside product and engineering teams
- Overseeing defect triage and reporting to ensure timely resolution
- Tracking and reporting on quality metrics to support audit readiness
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- Demonstrated experience in software testing and people management
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies tools and automation frameworks
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins Jira and Agile/Scrum practices
- Ability to work in a regulated environment with a focus on data integrity
- Comfortable working directly with test tools frameworks and code
- Experience in the pensions financial services or insurance sectors (preferred)
- Familiarity with performance security testing or AI-driven testing tools (a plus)
