Job Description
The Retail Operation Intern will focus on foundational tasks to support Retail Operation Manager in retail projects involving retailers and licensees
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing with retailers and licensees including meeting set-up and project follow-up
- Support the Retail Operation manager in regularly updating the product catalog and product brochures of licensees.
- Collect and organize sales data and feedback from licensees and retailers to provide analytical support for the team.
- Support the retail operations manager in executing retail promotions such as translating GWP working files organizing product purchase lists and arranging on-site displays.
- Assist in compiling market research reports and providing data support new licensing initiatives.
Qualifications :
Basic Requirements:
- Enthusiasm for entertainment and IP licensing industry
- Basic knowledge on Universal key franchises
- Good capability of data analysis and statistics
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Able to physically work in Shanghai office at least 4-5 days a week from early July through late Aug for a two-months internship.
- Candidates majoring in business administration marketing communication studies or other relevant fields.
