We are currently seeking a motivated Director of Environmental Services to lead operations at Luthercare in Lititz PA.

**You are subject to the following conditions of employment:
Background Check Drug screening.
Providing leadership to management and housekeeping team for EVS operations. Must be able to pass drug test and background check.
- Responsible for leading an hourly workforce and duties include recruiting mentoring and corrective action when needed.
- Drive client and resident satisfaction scores
- Provide a clean safe environment for residents and staff
- Ability to collaborate with hospital staff within all departments
- Thorough understanding and compliance with health safety and industry regulatory agencies.
- Collaborate with hospital administration and other departments to provide world class service.
- Monitor and maintain operating budgets such as payroll supplies equipment and hospital budgets
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 plus years Director/management experience in a long term care hospital or relative housekeeping role leading a hourly workforce
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with the ability to handle confidential information.
