Position: Full Time Customer Service Advocate
Department: Patient Accounting
Shift: Days
PURPOSE
The primary purpose of your position as Customer Service Advocate is to perform assigned duties in an efficient manner in accordance with established procedures and as directed by your supervisor to assure that a successful viable department is maintained at all times. The primary duties of the Customer Service Advocate is to obtain payments on accounts owed for the services rendered and to assist patients with questions or concerns with their patient accounts.
