Travel: Up to 60% CONUS travel; OCONUS rotations up to 3 months possible

SHINE Systems is seeking technical operations and intelligence professionals with direct experience supporting Army intelligence and targeting systems. As a Field Service Technician you will operate at the tactical edge-working alongside analysts and military units to deploy and sustain next-generation mission platforms. This hands-on role combines fieldwork user training system troubleshooting and mission enhancement.
ResponsibilitiesDeploy install configure and sustain technical intelligence and targeting systems on-site
Perform diagnostic testing troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure system reliability
Collaborate with military end-users to enable seamless system integration
Deliver hands-on training for hardware and software components of the systems
Respond to user inquiries with timely technical resolutions
Log system issues actions and outcomes via formal reporting channels
Support system upgrades enhancements and modifications in field environments
Stay current on Army intelligence doctrine systems and operational workflows
Provide field feedback to support continuous system improvement
Ensure compliance with safety operational and security protocols
Represent SHINE Systems and its client professionally and effectively in all engagements
U.S. Citizenship
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field or equivalent technical experience
4 years of field service or system sustainment experience ideally in a defense/military setting
Strong skills in computer systems networking and troubleshooting software/hardware
Ability to operate independently in high-pressure mission-critical environments
Prior experience supporting intelligence and targeting systems
Familiarity with Army intelligence doctrine and mission platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience training military users on software or technical systems
Comfort with Linux CLI and system administration
Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to operational demands
