You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Field Services Technician is responsible for providing customer service and support during field visits or dispatches. The position manages on-site installations repairs maintenance and testing tasks and also diagnoses errors or technical issues and determine proper solutions.
This position travels approximately 75% of the time across the to provide installation and service to customers.
This position is a safety sensitive position and is subject to company drug and alcohol screening including pre-employment random reasonable suspicion and post-accident.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Starting times can be as early as Midnight
Must be able to work a flexible work schedule which includes overtime weekends and holidays.
Travel could be up to 6 days a week
Must be able to receive gaming licenses in approved gaming jurisdictions.
Must comply with company safety and health programs.
Must attend OSHA training and comply with OSHA procedures and policies.
