Job Summary
As part of the commercial team the principle function of the ADTS (Application Development & Technical Service) is to provide a world class Technical Service for all ColorMatrix/Avient customers in Germany Switzerland and Austria. Each region within the EMEA area operates a sales cell structure where a Regional Account Manager ADTS Engineer and Customer Service Sales Support Representative work together to deliver the overall regional sales budget.
The ADTS Engineer is mainly responsible for; converting new customers to ColorMatrix/Avient metering systems and products conducting new product and equipment trials (internal and external) attending customer sites for maintenance visits technical and commercial meetings problem solving training refurbishing equipment and managing complaints as required.
The role is home office based with between 60-80% travel to customer sites. This will include customers located in Germany Switzerland and Austria. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is keen to learn and develop both their technical and commercial skills. On the job as well as internal and external training is given as part of the growth and development of the successful candidate.
