Join the Team as a Customer Support Representative

As a Customer Support Representative youll be the friendly voice and problem-solving expert assisting users through inbound and outbound calls. Your role will involve supporting customers of a well-known e-commerce platformthink order updates delivery questions and creating smooth shopping experiences.
Your Day-to-Day
- Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls
- Investigate and resolve issues from buyers sellers creators and users
- Review reports within deadlines and quality standards
- Escalate complex cases through the proper channels
- Stay up-to-date and enthusiastic about the e-commerce world
- Apply empathy logic and excellent communication to each interaction
- Adapt easily to peak timesespecially during big promotions and events
What Youll Need
- German: C2 level (native-like fluency)
- English: B2 level (comfortable communication)
- Strong customer service mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Calm and rational decision-making skills under pressure
- Passion for e-commerce and helping others
