Now Hiring: Experienced Punch Press Setup & Operator 1st Shift
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Punch Press Setup and Operator to join our team on 1st shift. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience setting up and operating punch press machines in a manufacturing environment with a strong focus on quality safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up punch press machines according to job specifications and blueprints
Operate punch presses to produce parts to exact tolerances
Perform routine quality checks and make necessary adjustments
Conduct basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as needed
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Requirements:
Minimum 2-5years of experience in punch press setup and operation
Ability to read and interpret blueprints work orders and production specs
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Reliable work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Schedule & Compensation:
1st Shift: MondayFriday - 5:00am - 2:00pm
Competitive pay based on experience
