Job Description
Cheval Collection are looking for two receptionist to join our professional and friendly front office team in our luxury residences based in the heart of Edinburgh Cheval Old Town Chambers.
Our receptionists are integral in the running of the Front of House operations and the role requires an experienced receptionist who enjoys multiskilling and is prepared to deal with all aspects of Front of House from the guest arrival right through to their departure.
As a Receptionist you will be in a role that offers great variety and opportunity to provide service excellence. As well as the day-to-day receptionist duties you will be assisting the guests by sharing local knowledge assisting with their luggage showing them their apartment and taking every opportunity to make our guests stay is an exceptional one.
Being in the historical part of the city Cheval Old Town Chambers is a maze of unique and different buildings spread out over a wide location and on many different levels so this role does involve manoveuring through some locations without access to lifts.

- Have reception experience in a luxury hospitality environment
- Have a friendly professional and warm manner
- Take pride in what you do
- Can build excellent relationships with guests
- Have good computer skills with experience of using a PMS
- Have a good knowledge of Edinburgh
