Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: Starting at $25.00 based on experience

What Youll Do
This isnt your typical maintenance job youll play a key role during lease-up and beyond:
This isnt your typical maintenance job youll play a key role during lease-up and beyond:
- Support maintenance operations at a new construction community
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC plumbing appliances and electrical systems
- Complete drywall repairs painting and general turn work
- Get homes move-in ready fast clean and up to our brand standards
- Participate in the on-call rotation for emergencies
- Help build and maintain a clean stocked and organized maintenance shop
- Communicate with residents respectfully and professionally
- Follow all OSHA and safety protocols
What You Bring
- 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily or residential
- Strong skills in HVAC plumbing drywall carpentry and electrical
- Experience working at new construction communities is a plus
- EPA certification preferred but not required
- Able to lift 50 lbs climb ladders and move efficiently
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus we serve a diverse resident base
- Familiar with mobile work order systems or maintenance software
- Valid drivers license & reliable transportation
- Willingness to work on a rotating on-call schedule
- Must live within 30 minutes of RISE Baymeadows
