About the Job:
Reporting to the Building Manager the Building Services Worker is responsible for monitoring the facilities usage (sign in/sign-out) cleaning bathrooms disposing of refuse providing harm reduction supplies responding to emergency situations by either attending or by calling appropriate response team and monitoring peer support workers. The Outdoor Trailer Building Services Worker is regularly exposed to and in direct contact with dust dirt fumes cleaning and other chemicals germs and human waste. They are required to maintain the cleanliness and ensure safety for everyone accessing the facilities and report any damage and/or problems in the building to the Building Manager.

You Also Have:
Proven initiative judgement decision-making and problem-saving capabilities.
Proven ability to develop and maintain rapport with tenants your co-workers and other stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to organize and carry out work with independence.
Physical ability to perform the duties and carry out heavy cleaning duties
Additional Requisites/Assets:
WHIMS certificate is required.
A valid First Aid is an asset.
Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Certificate is an asset.
