What You Will Achieve
In this role you will:
- Develop and lead or co-lead complex projects.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination between the project team and line management.
- Review project statuses and budgets manage schedules and prepare status reports.
- Develop solutions to meet productivity quality and client satisfaction goals.
- Anticipate and troubleshoot roadblocks influencing teams to achieve divisional targets.
- Collaborate with all supply teams and operational excellence practitioners across the network for seamless integration and optimal performance.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- BA/BS with 6 years of experience or MBA/MS with 5 years of experience or PhD/JD with 1 year of experience or MD/DVM with any years of relevant experience
- Strong background in project management and leading cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Clinical Practices (GxP)
- Extensive knowledge of supply chain processes including network design warehousing and transportation planning
- Deep understanding of SAP BOBJ and Tableau systems
- Solid grasp of the Pharma Quality and Regulatory framework
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills

- Relevant pharmaceutical experience
- Good Bio-Pharma business acumen
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120800.00 to $201400.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
