Job Description
SALARY: $16.97/per hour
POSITION SUMMARY: Performs temporary maintenance duties for Venues Parks & Art Department at park properties.

SCHEDULE & RATE: Monday-Friday up to 29 hours/week between the hours of 7 AM-3:30 PM. Hours may vary based on operational needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This list represents the types of duties required by the position. Other duties may be assigned as reasonably expected.
- Responsible for leaf pickup snow removal custodial duties mowing trimming trash removal setup for events hauling tables and cleaning restrooms.
NON-ESSENTIAL/MARGINAL FUNCTIONS: Perform other duties and assume other responsibilities as apparent or as assigned.
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or combination of education and experience required.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Working knowledge of City or County government a plus.
- Maintenance and custodial experience a must.
CERTIFICATES LICENSE REGISTRATION: Valid Drivers license required.
EQUIPMENT: Pickup Truck Snow Blower Mower Trimmers Custodial tools and miscellaneous hand tools

While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to sit and walk and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required in this job include vision and the ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: The noise level in the office environment is usually quiet and moderately loud in the field. The employee is frequently exposed to cold wet and humid conditions. Smoke free environment.
