Description
SUMMARY:
Duties include providing tickets for production floor troubleshooting problems with Nautilus hardware and conferring with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Control and maintain Nautilus server within Cleveland Plant.
- Troubleshoot any problems with Nautilus Hardware and Software applications.
- Maintain and update knowledge of Knitting machines and software changes.
- Keep an open communication with Denima services and support.
- Be involved with Renfro Tech team to keep a steady flow of communication and workflow.
- Manages inventory balance/optimization to properly deploy and protect Renfro assets.
- Other duties assigned by management are a part of this job description
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel.
- Ability to diagnose and repair of computer systems and programs.
- Must be able to use office machines.
- Must possess strong knowledge of planning to support the Planning Department.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
None.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- One year of relevant and related work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products with intermediate level with Excel.

- Good secretarial and math skills.
- Must have exceptional attention to detail with proven critical thinking skills.
- Ability to develop strategic objectives and drive tactical plans to achieve objectives.
- Self-starter with proven experience in delivering results to an organization.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good communication and human relations skills.
- Must be able to work unsupervised and thrive in a stressful environment; ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and in high-pressure situations.
