How Youll Make an Impact
Lead the development and implementation of standardized production scheduling processes.
Align factory schedules with business goals and customer needs.
Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
Serve as the go-to expert for SAP production planning and shop floor control.
Train and support teams in SAP and scheduling best practices.
Collaborate with shop floor teams to ensure smooth execution of plans.
Analyze production data to identify trends and drive improvements.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives and new technologies.
Your Background
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Operations Management or related field.
Minimum 7 years in production planning including a minimum of 5 years with SAP.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and constraint management.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration.
SAP PP certification is a strong plus.
