Job Description

The Vice President - Solutions Leader DES is a pivotal leadership role within the DES practice responsible for developing and delivering innovative multi-tower end-to-end Digital solutions that drive large-scale business transformation. This client-facing role blends strategic vision solution development and practice leadership to build domain-centric offerings while interpreting and aligning client needs with standardized solution frameworks.

As a senior leader the VP will engage cross-functional teams form strategic alliances and leverage emerging technologies including platforms automation and analytics to deliver measurable outcomes and a competitive edge in the marketplace. The role requires a deep understanding of industry trends an ability to translate client requirements into comprehensive solutions and strong collaboration across sales service delivery and other partners to ensure seamless execution.

This position demands extensive experience in service delivery solution planning digital transformation and global team leadership. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex deal shaping cost modeling and Lean Six Sigma initiatives coupled with the ability to manage virtual teams in a dynamic fast-paced environment. Strong analytical communication and leadership skills are essential with flexibility to travel and work across time zones as needed.

ROLE SUMMARY AND OVERVIEW

 

The VP - Solutions Leader DES is responsible for spearheading the development of innovative solutions tailored to the Digital Enablement sector ensuring they align with client needs and market demands. This role requires expertise in building domain-focused solutions that integrate multiple capabilities including digital finance automation and transition services to deliver comprehensive business process solutions.

 

The VP will work closely with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities form strategic alliances and lead initiatives that enhance the companys service addition to guiding solution development the role involves managing a global team of experts driving process improvement efforts such as Lean Six Sigma and leveraging cutting-edge tools and techniques to differentiate offerings in the market.

 

The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in service delivery transformation and solution planning with a focus on building scalable competitive solutions that meet evolving client expectations. The VP will be key in translating buyer requirements into actionable plans managing the full solution lifecycle and collaborating with sales and delivery teams to ensure client success and long-term satisfaction.

 

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Solution Development & Innovation: Lead the creation of industry-specific digital solutions by collaborating with internal teams and forming strategic alliances to differentiate offerings and drive large deal pipelines.
  • Capability Building: Enhance the practices overall capabilities through a focus on people process and technology to ensure continuous improvement and competitive advantage.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends competitor activities and emerging technologies to develop forward-thinking solutions that meet market demands.
  • Client Solutioning: Understand client needs and translate them into comprehensive solutions including detailed proposal offerings solution plans transformation strategies and cost estimates using standardized processes and offerings.
  • Analytical Support: Back up solution proposals with data proof points and thorough analysis ensuring that the solutions are feasible and well-substantiated.
  • Approvals Management: Coordinate internal approvals and align with various teams to ensure that the proposed solutions are accurate feasible and compliant with organizational policies.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to represent the solution offering to clients and ensure alignment between the solution and contract terms.
  • Service Delivery Partnership: Collaborate with the service delivery team to architect the overall delivery model ensuring the solution can be effectively implemented and sustained.
  • Technology Integration: Lead initiatives to incorporate new technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and analytics into the solution architecture to deliver measurable outcomes for clients.
  • Delivery Transition Management: Ensure a smooth handoff to the delivery teams by clearly defining solution assumptions service delivery locations and cost structures.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive Lean Six Sigma and process re-engineering initiatives to enhance solution delivery and improve efficiency.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct discovery sessions perform due diligence and deliver detailed reports that provide insights and recommendations for client solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a global team of senior experts fostering collaboration across functions such as solutions digital tools automation and transition capabilities.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Support and influence sales service delivery and support teams to craft compelling client propositions and win new business.
  • Flexibility & Travel: Be available to travel and work across different time zones as needed to support global client engagements.
