This client-facing role blends strategic vision solution development and practice leadership to build domain-centric offerings while interpreting and aligning client needs with standardized solution frameworks.
As a senior leader the VP will engage cross-functional teams form strategic alliances and leverage emerging technologies including platforms automation and analytics to deliver measurable outcomes and a competitive edge in the marketplace. The role requires a deep understanding of industry trends an ability to translate client requirements into comprehensive solutions and strong collaboration across sales service delivery and other partners to ensure seamless execution.
This position demands extensive experience in service delivery solution planning digital transformation and global team leadership. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex deal shaping cost modeling and Lean Six Sigma initiatives coupled with the ability to manage virtual teams in a dynamic fast-paced environment. Strong analytical communication and leadership skills are essential with flexibility to travel and work across time zones as needed.

ROLE SUMMARY AND OVERVIEW
The VP - Solutions Leader DES is responsible for spearheading the development of innovative solutions tailored to the Digital Enablement sector ensuring they align with client needs and market demands. This role requires expertise in building domain-focused solutions that integrate multiple capabilities including digital finance automation and transition services to deliver comprehensive business process solutions.
The VP will work closely with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities form strategic alliances and lead initiatives that enhance the companys service addition to guiding solution development the role involves managing a global team of experts driving process improvement efforts such as Lean Six Sigma and leveraging cutting-edge tools and techniques to differentiate offerings in the market.
The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in service delivery transformation and solution planning with a focus on building scalable competitive solutions that meet evolving client expectations. The VP will be key in translating buyer requirements into actionable plans managing the full solution lifecycle and collaborating with sales and delivery teams to ensure client success and long-term satisfaction.
