Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations & Compliance
Provide expert advice on employee relations matters (e.g. disciplinary grievance absence management) in line with UK/Irish employment law and company policy.
Ensure all HR practices are legally compliant
Manage internal investigations and liaise with legal counsel when necessary
Mediate conflict resolution disciplinary actions and grievance handling
Employee Engagement
Support onboarding and induction processes to ensure a seamless employee experience
Work with managers on employee development coaching and performance improvement plans
Act as a trusted advisor to manager and employees offering coaching and guidance
Foster a positive work culture through engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms
Advocate for employees
HR Operations
Support cyclical HR processes such as appraisals pay reviews and engagement surveys.
Monitor and report on key HR metrics and trends.
Lead or contribute to UK-specific and EMEA-wide HR projects (e.g. DEI wellbeing hybrid working).
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
5 years of progressive HR experience preferably in an international or matrixed organization.
Solid understanding of UK and Irish employment laws and HR best practices
Broader European experience would be an advantage
Strong interpersonal communication and consulting skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance responsibilities
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
