Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a strong territory sales strategy to drive growth in the designated region.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within Emergency Departments (ED) Intensive Care Units (ICU) and relevant C-suite executives.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals showcasing the benefits of our medical technologies.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs effectively.
- Utilize market research and competitor analysis to strategically position Company within the healthcare landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product delivery and support aligns with customer expectations.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to promote brand visibility and establish connections.
- Provide feedback from the field to the product development team regarding customer insights and potential areas for improvement.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business Healthcare or a related field.
- Proven experience in medical device sales particularly within healthcare settings like Emergency Departments and ICUs.
- Strong understanding of infection prevention and risk management practices in healthcare.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-suite executives and other key stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Desired Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in territory management and sales preferably in the medical device industry.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience with startup environments that require creative problem-solving and agile thinking.
Salary & Benefits
- Annual Salary: $80000 - $85000
