What you will do:
- Lead a workstream(s) in a project engagement: planning organizing and managing different aspects of delivery.
- Be responsible for the end-to-end of deliverables and reporting that meet specific project goals and objectives.
- Identify and proactively solve problems faced by the client.
- Be a primary client contact for operational project questions developing relationships through face-to-face discussions workshops telephone or email contact.
What we expect from you:
- Entry role (0- 1 year of experience) in management consulting or equivalent in the FMCG Industry
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or related field with a strong academic record.
- Strong communication skills able to interact and build relationships with stakeholders at different levels.
- Analytical mindset good understanding of how to extract insights from Data Warehouses and ability to summarize and represent data.
- Solid qualitative and quantitative hypothesis-driven problem-solving skills.
- Positive and empathetic team-player with an inclusive collaborative approach
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally and writing in English and Spanish other EU languages is plus (Italian French)
- Familiarity with SQL Python and BI & Analytical tools are a plus.
