Job Title: Business Analyst / Project Manager
Location: Islamabad- Onsite

Requirements
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead and support software projects from inception to delivery. This dual-role position requires someone who can effectively translate business needs into technical requirements manage cross-functional teams and ensure timely high-quality project execution especially in collaboration with international clients primarily from the US and UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and document business and technical requirements.
Translate client needs into clear actionable user stories process flows and specifications.
Conduct gap analysis and provide improvement suggestions for business processes and systems.
Ensure alignment between client expectations and the development team s output.
Project Management
Define project scope timelines and deliverables in consultation with clients and internal teams.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans schedules and resource allocations.
Track progress and ensure timely delivery within defined scope and budget.
Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
Act as the primary liaison between the client and development teams.
Lead regular client meetings and provide clear updates on project progress risks and issues.
Ensure transparency and alignment across all project phases.
Manage client expectations and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with designers developers QA and other stakeholders.
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives.
Promote a culture of accountability agility and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Business or related field (Master s preferred).
4 years of experience in business analysis and/or project management.
Proven experience managing software projects for US/UK clients.
Strong knowledge of SDLC Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Exceptional English communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving analytical and organizational skills.
Proficiency with tools like Jira Trello Confluence Zoho or similar PM/BPM software.
Certification in PMP CSM or Business Analysis is a plus.
