JOB TITLE: OFFICE CLEANERS
About This Job:
Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda Kenya Tanzania Rwanda and South Sudan.
On behalf of our client we are looking for a competent skilled and experienced Office Cleaners to work in Nairobi Kenya
Job Summary
The Office Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean hygienic and orderly work environment by performing daily cleaning tasks restocking supplies and ensuring all office areas meet sanitation and safety standards.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clean and sanitize office spaces including desks meeting rooms kitchens restrooms and common areas.
Sweep mop vacuum and polish floors as needed.
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
Clean glass surfaces windows and partitions.
Replenish toiletries paper towels soap and other cleaning supplies.
Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are used and stored safely.
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Education: Minimum of Secondary School Education (KCSE Min C-) or a College Certificate.
- Experience: Previous cleaning experience in an office commercial or institutional environment is preferred.
- Knowledge:
o Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals supplies and equipment
o Awareness of hygiene and sanitation practices
o Knowledge of workplace safety standards
Key Skills and Competencies:
Good time management and organizational skills
Attention to detail and cleanliness
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Physical stamina to perform manual tasks
Reliable and punctual
Trustworthy with a good work ethics
