Get to Know the Role
As a Training Specialist you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective training programs aimed at improving the skills of our support team ultimately ensuring outstanding customer service across our platform.
This role reports to the Grab Support Reporting & Analytics Manager and requires onsite work at our Exquadra Tower office five days a week.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Conduct the full scope of activities required to deliver new hire and ongoing training including but limited to soft skills and product training.
- Ensure all class objectives are achieved and learning curve performance metrics are met according to a predefined plan.
- Design and develop training materials and curriculum to meet class objectives conducting evaluations to develop new programs that address individual departmental or company needs.
- Coordinate with quality assurance and other departments to identify new training needs and/or changes to the existing training curriculum.
- Create and manage Learning Management System (LMS) courses for new launches ensuring existing employees have access to updated training materials and resources.
- Monitor and report on training progress and effectiveness providing actionable insights to improve training delivery.
- Stay updated with best practices in training methodologies to enhance learning experiences continuously.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- At least 2 or more years of experience as a trainer or in a relevant field.
- Strong strategic thinking abilities with a clear understanding of how training directly impacts business performance.
- Proven ability to build effective partnerships and collaborate with Operations Quality and Business Process teams to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop learning interventions.
- Well-versed in Instructional Design and familiar with best practices for adult learning
