Your Role
As an SDR youll be the first touchpoint in our GTM engine. Youll research engage and qualify prospects setting the stage for Finmos AEs to close deals across global markets.
Responsibilities
Prospecting & Outreach
Research ICP-fit accounts and stakeholders (Finance Ops Treasury)
Run targeted outbound via cold calls LinkedIn and email
Personalize messaging with context like expansion funding or FX inefficiencies
Qualification & Discovery
Run short discovery calls to understand pain points and fit
Use MEDDIC or similar frameworks for handoff to Account Executives
Collaboration & Reporting
Sync with AEs and Solutions Engineers to refine messaging
Maintain clean CRM (HubSpot) records and track KPIs
Qualifications :
What Youll Need
Experience
13 years in outbound sales/SDR at a SaaS or fintech company
Proven success selling to Finance/Ops personas
Skills
Strong cold outreach and objection handling
Research & writing skills for personalized messaging
Tools: HubSpot Apollo/Outreach LinkedIn Sales Nav
Fluent English (spoken written)
Bonus Points
Fintech treasury or FX-related product experience
Exposure to clients in recruitment logistics or F&B distribution
