Organizational Relationship:
This position reports directly to the Manufacturing Manager
Skills Knowledge and Abilities:
3 years experience in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated team participation and/or leadership and related continuous improvement successes.
Sound working knowledge and application of lean manufacturing principles.
Strong analytical problem solving delegation and conflict resolution skills.
Exceptional leadership interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain the professional competence knowledge and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities.
BS in Engineering Business or a related field required
Experienced leader in planning directing training and leading a group of leaders and their teams in a manufacturing setting.
Experience in lean process and principles including but not limited to value stream mapping Kaizen and creating innovative approaches to reduce and eliminate waste
Resourceful in solving problems working collaboratively with others to achieve shared objectives and drive results.
Strong communication skill and ability to build a strong team and environment where people are motivated to do their best and help the organization win

Description of Duties:
Drive results through efficiency gains and effective problem resolution ensure your team is prepared trained and motivated to achieve the objectives set
Our demand and structure can change quickly so make sure you are able to flex when needed.
Identify continuous improvement measures to improve production equipment performance and quality of product. Collaborate with your team and leaders to implement solutions
Champion a high commitment and performance culture
Complete special Projects as required
